22 / 05 - This weekend the first edition of RetroAutomobile, officially defined as the "classic and sports car festival". It will be held in the mall Three Waters, located at the foot of the A-5 road in the Madrid town of Alcorcón, and will have around 7.000 m2 of exhibition space and 100 stands. Specifically, the new fair will be located in the yellow module of the underground car park, and its visiting hours will be from 10:00 a.m. to 21:00 p.m. on Saturday and from 10:00 a.m. to 20:00 p.m. on Sunday.
Organized by the team that made the defunct RetroMóvil possible, the event tries to refresh its concept: On this occasion, it seems that those who get tired of seeing old vehicles and rummaging through the boxes of spare parts will be able to spend the rest of their leisure time in a shopping plaza that offers a wide range of alternatives, from restaurants to cinemas, from retail stores. all kinds to supermarkets. Personally, I think it is useful, especially for fans who want to spend the weekend with their family.
The normal ticket price is 10 euros, 9 if we buy it in advance. For club members, the amount drops to 7 euros, as long as they present a valid card that proves their condition. Children under 12 years old will enter for free.
A new formula, allowed by the environment in which RetroAutomóvil will be developed, is to make a 50% discount on the normal entry of up to two adults and a young person over 12 years of age who justify through tickets having consumed at least 30 euros in the establishments in the shopping center.

A guarded car park will be set up outside where anyone with an old vehicle can park it for free. One last piece of information, not the least important because of its position, is that the RetroAutomóvil organizers have established a collaboration agreement with Cáritas by which non-perishable food will be collected. These will be stored in one of the classic trucks on display for, on Sunday, be delivered in the presence of the media to the delegates of said humanitarian organization.
