Thus, vehicles are allowed to enter that, as of January 1, 2022, are domiciled in the city of Madrid in the Vehicle Registry of the General Directorate of Traffic and are registered in the register of the Tax on Mechanical Traction Vehicles (IVTM) of the City Council. In addition, vehicles that have recognized the consideration of “historical” in accordance with the Historical Vehicle Regulations.
