Located on the wonderful Zaha Hadid Bridge, Mobility City celebrates the anniversary of its opening in 2023. A year of incessant activity that allows it to consolidate itself as a benchmark in the sustainable mobility sector of the future, although, as we know in LA ESCUDERÍA, always with a eye on the past. This is endorsed by the almost 200.000 visitors who have passed through its facilities and the hundred activities organized.

During this first year, Mobility City has proven to be much more than a museum. In fact, it has become a vector of innovations and pioneering solutions, always with the most cutting-edge technology in virtual and augmented reality spaces, avant-garde designs with prototypes of the mobility of the future and a vision towards sustainability. It has become an entity that welcomes and amplifies new narratives in the automotive sector.

There is no doubt that the exhibition space, also known as the Mobility Museum, has been one of the great attractions of 2023. Starting with the sample “The superclass that changed the species”, a meeting with some of the most iconic vehicles in automotive history. On the other hand, “Mars: the conquest of a dream”, an interesting tour of the most unknown side of the red planet, has also been among the most notable exhibitions.

I am lucky to have turned my passion into my way of earning a living. Since I left the Faculty of Information Sciences in 2004, I have been professionally dedicated to motor journalism. I started in the magazine Coches Clásicos in its beginnings, going on to direct it in 2012, the year in which I also took charge of Clásicos Populares. Throughout these almost two decades of my professional career, I have worked in all types of media, including magazines, radio, the web and television, always in formats and programs related to the engine. I am crazy about the classics, Formula 1 and the 24 Hours of Le Mans.
