One of the golden occasions to highlight on the calendar is the one that Daniel de @nosinmiclasico with #Mad94 on the occasion of his birthday, organizing a rally as a celebration for the second consecutive year that is sure to surprise and to which any classic car fan is invited.
#MAD93, A MULTITUDINARY BIRTHDAY
The genesis of this great idea arises in 2023, the year in which Daniel Ramiro turns 30 years old. To celebrate this round figure he decides to hold a rally with cars manufactured until 1993, that is, celebrating in this way the arrival of three decades of what can be considered the new classics of that year.
The event was inspired by a surprising image of the 1992 Seville Expo parking lot, and The initiative arose to try to recreate a parking lot in 1993 as a birthday gift unforgettable for the attendees, and especially for the cars, the true protagonists.
That first edition took place in the Juan Carlos I Park in Madrid, and the call, made through social networks, was a true success, with More than 130 vehicles from 1993 or earlier gathered, including cars, vans, motorcycles, mopeds and there were even those who brought vintage bicycles.
To complete the immersion in this journey through time to the nineties, many details were taken care of. like small white stickers to cover the European band on the most modern license plates, and analog photography played a very important role, with various cameras passing through the hands of the attendees to immortalize some beautiful memories of the day. It is worth mentioning that anyone who comes dressed in period clothing is always welcome.

WHAT CAN WE EXPECT FROM #MAD94?
This 2024 edition promises to bring many surprises with the collaboration of several influencers from the motor world, in addition to a new location provided by Desguaces La Torre that has space for 400 cars and that it will have a stage and cafeteria. The new location located in Parla (Calle Toledo nº 23) allows you to avoid the restrictions implemented in Madrid capital this year.
The date is Sunday February 25th 2024, between ten in the morning and three in the afternoon. It is essential to register in advance whenever you attend a classic, since space is currently limited to four hundred cars, and although registration has only been open for a few days, about half of the places have already been requested.
