Pablo Murillo Barrionuevo, co-founder and first vice president of the SEAT 800 Club of Spain, has published after five years of work a new book on the history of the SEAT 800. It is entitled "SEAT 800, the 600 with four doors (1964-1967)", and it is a non-profit dissemination work that he has self-published together with UNO Editorial.
The book reviews all the aspects surrounding the model, from the first failed attempt to produce a four-door 600 to the current status of the 800 as a collector's vehicle. Thanks to an exhaustive documentary work and to having interviewed key people in its development and manufacture, it has finally resulted in a monographic work that seems quite complete.
It is structured in seven chapters and two annexes, aimed at any lover of automotive history in our country and not just the fan of the vehicle in question. Includes 167 photographs and tables; regarding the former, 95% of the images are unpublished in books and magazines, being therefore of great documentary value and the reason why quality has prevailed in offset printing.
