On May 12, a long-awaited and necessary book will be released in the national automobile scene: the official biography of Antonio Zanini.
Ten times Champion of Spain of Rallies, European Champion in 1980 and twice continental runner-up, in addition to a Bronze medal in the Royal Order of Sports Merit, Antonio Zanini needs little introduction in the world of motor racing. The first Spanish driver to step on a World Championship podium, an event that occurred in the 1977 Monte-Carlo Rally at the wheel of one of the much-missed Seat 124 - the famous "taxis" -, the Viladrau driver made his fame by working hard by steering wheel.
The book is written by the journalist Esteban Delgado and has important written and graphic documentation, in addition to the collaboration of many interlocutors such as Javier del Arco, Hansi Bäbler, Carmelo Ezpeleta, Martin Holmes, Ernesto Bordoy, Alicio Romero, José Mª Barroso and some of his co-drivers, such as Alberto 'Tico' Choliz, Jordi Sabater or Josep Autet.
With a format of 30 x 24 cm, it consists of 192 pages with multiple photographs in black and white and color.
