Between June 3, 4 and 5, the second edition of the barnoutmeeting, dedicated concentration to custom and modified classics preferably of North American origin. The Barn Out Meeting was born from the union of the VW Basque Country Aircooled TX, association of Volkswagen classics, and the Betrayers Custom Club, dedicated to American-style custom vehicles.
Specifically, the event took place in the town of Ozaeta, just 20 minutes from Vitoria-Gasteiz and there we could enjoy different activities that transferred the aesthetics and Yankee culture to Alava lands ...
Barn Out 2016: Music, Mods and More
The event started on Friday afternoon with the reception of the first cars. On Saturday, in addition to raffles and raffles, several concerts were held with the groups "The mysteries", "Screamers & Sinners" (psychobilly band that emerged in the Basque Country) and "Head Hunters" (French rockabilly band). On Sunday, more music with DJs and awards ceremony to the different participants.
Many classic cars that had nothing to do with the indispensable and necessary hot rod or the huge cars from Hollywood movies accompanied them in the fields. The surroundings of the local sports center are thus tinged with the famous southern aesthetics and the smell of gasoline. The event welcomed participants from the entire national and even international scene, since several models from France traveled to the place.

In addition, attendees were offered all kinds of services: There was a bar, two foodtrucks with the typical American hamburgers and hot dogs, stalls with products related to the custom culture and even a barbershop mounted on a Ford truck.
And of course, what was the main axis of the event: An exhibition of modified classics among those who stood out hot rods, aircooled vw, muscle cars, lowriders ... There were also strangely metamorphosed motorcycles.
Highlighted cars like a 70s Buick Riviera and 1932 Ford Pick Up, both with V8 engines; a Chevrolet Apache, several VW “Beetles” (highlighting one from 1956 and strictly series), several VW T1s, an Opel Kapitan from the 50s, a Peugeot 203, a Ford Country Station, a Dodge Barreiros, a Cadillac Fleetline ...
