The prestigious vehicle brand Audi has presented a promotional video in which two first cousins, separated by 20 years apart, face off in a duel of speed, speed and endurance. The opponents: a 1983 Sport Quattro and a 3 S2013.
This audiovisual work was carried out within the framework of the launch of the S3 and, how could it be otherwise, those from Bavaria put the laureates Stig Blomqvist at the wheel, who drove the Quattro to victory in the 1982 world rally championships and 1984 and who drove it for the spot, and Hermann Mullers, who this time had to drive the modern car.
The Audi S3 offers 300 hp and 380 Nm of torque, as well as the quattro permanent traction that keeps you glued to the asphalt. However, it will never be as exciting as the 306 PS of the Sport Quattro and the original, legendary drive system, no matter how much the clock insists otherwise.
